The Minnesota Wildcats Hockey Club is pleased to announce that the La Quinta Inn & Suites of Brooklyn Park is the new “Official Hotel” of the Minnesota Junior Hockey League team. Located at Interstate 694 and Boone Avenue, the hotel is now offering an exclusive “Wildcats Rate” of $64 to Cats' fans and families visiting the area.
“We are thrilled to be partnering with the Wildcats,” said La Quinta Sales Manager Chelsey Stein. “Sports teams are big part of our business and the Wildcats are the closest franchise to our location. We expect this to be a win for everyone.”
The Wildcats are entering their second season in Maple Grove as members of the Minnesota Junior Hockey League. The team develops 16-20 year-old athletes from North America and Europe in preparation for college hockey. Home games are played at the Maple Grove Community Center on Weaver Lake Road.

The Wildcats open the season September 4-5 in Maple Grove with games against the Minneapolis Lakers and Minnesota (Rochester) Ice Hawks. Both games begin at 7:30 p.m.
